OVERVIEW

Dr. Shang-Ju Yu is an Associate Professor at the Graduate Institute of Urban Planning, National Taipei University. He earned his Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Cambridge and specializes in urban planning and regeneration, megaprojects, smart governance, and emotional geography. Dr. Yu has extensive experience bridging academia and public service, including leadership roles in the Kaohsiung City Government and national policy initiatives. His research, published in leading international journals, explores the interplay of urban governance, spatial dynamics, and sustainable city transitions.
