Extracting the comparative spatial advantages from environmental diversity: big data, resilience and national spatial planning

This research aims to establish  a multi-level environmental  model to illustrate urban and rural development's resilience,  innovation, and competitiveness. This research uses the concept of a divergence  block network to develop the relative advantages of land and space. Three issues need to be further studied: 1) methodology  to extract the diversity of socio-economic industries network( Agriculture, Industry, and Commerce)  through multi-stage spatial data analysis  to obtain Taiwan's current status and the spatial variance of various industries. 2) Spatial equality and equity condition for current resource  allocation. Moreover,  3) Using previous  two results  to reveal the comparative spatial advantages  of different regions. Generate a multi-level spatial distribution situation based on the analysis results of various industries, and use machine  learning to identify the strengths and interaction effects of the connections between homogeneous industries or between heterogeneous  industries in the block according  to the industrial blocks constituted by different levels. To illustrate the social network of the industrial structure in Taiwan. Then combine the environmental effects produced by the agglomeration  economy  with the concept of sustainable use of resources,  explore the fairness and efficiency of the distribution of spatial resources, and evaluate the maximum efficiency of the spatial distribution of resources in consideration of effective use of resources and sustainable development, based on different locations Achieving  consistent utility is the goal. The final stage of this research is to generate the relative advantages  of urban and rural space. According  to the characteristics  of different environmental divergence,  the concept of land function assignment  assesses its resource development characteristics, establishes a dynamic efficiency model, and develops society and ecology.  It is connected  with the three significant aspects of the physical environment, pointing out the relative advantages  of regional development,  pointing out the spatial competitiveness  dominated by location effects and resource  characteristics,  further discussing  with the existing territorial functional zoning, and proposing  future territorial planning function assignments and suggestions.
